The Pankhurst Trust

In 2014 The Pankhurst Trust and Manchester Women’s Aid merged to form one charity,The Pankhurst Trust with the joint purpose of fighting for gender equality, ending violence against women and girls and celebrating the birthplace of the Suffragette movement.

It works to support people who have experienced domestic violence and abuse with a wide range of services from group support, advice and one-to-one support.

The Pankhurst Trust has volunteers who support its Women’s Aid Services both at the Centre, at its refuges around the city, in the community, remotely from home, at the Pankhurst Centre and in the Pankhurst Museum and Garden.
