ReachOut is a mentoring charity that supports young people aged 9-16 in disadvantaged communities to grow in character and attainment. Mentors and mentees meet each week, usually in schools but currently on Zoom, to take part in 1:1 and group activities and life skills modules. This is a great opportunity to develop your own skills in teamwork and communication, improve your CV and give something back to the community. Projects take place on weekday afternoons and evenings so you can pick a day and time that works for you. ReachOut is a fun, sociable organisation and an opportunity that hundreds of University of Manchester students take part in each year so sign up today by visiting Volunteer Hub!
